Your brain is plastic. It takes 17 seconds to form a new neural pathway. The more frequently you return to a thought the more embedded it becomes.

Over time you go from the odd fearful thought to a pattern that paralyses you. The good thing about this is that it tells you that you have the power to create a state of mind by repeatedly thinking about the same subject.

So, logically, if you can create a set of negative thoughts, you can create a set of positive thoughts.

I created this workbook to help you deconstruct the anxiety and diminish it.
